Dr Tan Kai Seng

Dr. Kai Seng Tan is an internationally recognized dental specialist who graduated from National Taiwan University School of Dentistry in 1995. He earned a Doctor of Natural Medicine from David University, USA in 2014, followed by a Master of Science in Implantology and Dental Surgery in Germany in 2017.

His exceptional expertise earned him Fellowship of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) England in 2018. Dr. Tan has become a renowned international laser specialist and educator, dedicating his career to advancing dental laser technology and implantology.

As President of the Asia Pacific Laser Institute (APLI), Dr. Tan is a sought-after educator and speaker. He serves as speaker and educator for LiteTouch and Morita Headquarters, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for MegaGen Implant Global. His expertise is recognized through Mastership credentials from the European Medical Laser Association (EMLA) 2024 and American Laser Dentistry (ALD) 2023.

Dr. Tan’s implantology training includes advanced courses at Boston University, UCLA, and Michigan University. He currently directs Ritz Digital Dental Clinic in Taipei and MIR Dental Clinic in Malaysia, bringing world-class expertise to patients across the region.
